playing, we approach each fur baby with thoughtfulness and care. We won’t create expectations in parents that don’t align with their fur
baby’s experience at the groomer. In other words, we tell the truth and we’re honest about it. With a gentle heart and a guiding hand,
we’ve seen even the droopiest tails start to wag. Eventually, most of our fur babies find their second home with us, and getting them out
of the bath and not in it is the challenge.
Fluff ‘n Buff’s Full Groom includes a gentle bath and dry, brushing of the coat, a sanity cut,
shaving under the paw pads, nail cut and care, shaving and styling to the requested cut.
Finally, a dog specific perfume or conditioner is applied, leaving your fur baby fresh and clean.
*Speciality cuts for certain breeds are included.
A hypoallergenic shampoo is used as the standard at our parlour accompanied by
temperature-controlled water for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.
An electric de-shedder ensures that every inch of the undercoat is well kept and maintained.
Nails are clipped close enough to the quick to make room for further filling. This ensures that
our fur babies aren’t hurt in the process.
Cleaning in and around the ears with the removal of build-up to keep our fur babies sanitary
and free from infection.
Gland Expression
Dog gland expression is the process of manually emptying the anal glands of a dog. Disposable gloves are used to alleviate the glands manually.
Dental Care
A mouth wash and spray is applied to eliminate bacteria and gingivitis, whiten teeth, and contains organic spearmint that freshens breath.
Ticks, and Flea Treatment (NexGard)
We do not dip our fur babies. We have a range of NexGard for all different dog sizes. It is used to treat infestations with fleas and ticks, as well as demodectic and sarcoptic mange (skin infestations caused by two different types of mites) in dogs.
Ticks, and Flea Treatment (Shampoo)
A natural anti tick & flea shampoo kills on contact, while also eliminating egg infestations. Repel fleas, ticks, larvae and eggs for up to 7 days.

A natural non-toxic hair dye is used to give your fur baby a hair colour that washes out after 3 weeks. For those 3 weeks, they’ll look fabulous.
